CBMA’s staff excels in the preparation of NEPA Plans of Development, Water Management Plans, NPDES discharge permits, Air Quality Permitting, gas, oil, and water wells and produced water impoundment permits, and other activities associated with the siting, planning, permitting, operation, and reclamation phases of all types of energy resource development.
CBMA personnel have extensive experience in the area of hazardous waste site assessments, remediation planning and supervision, permitting and agency negotiations, aquatic and wetland ecological risk assessment, stream and wetland restoration, aquatic ecology, watershed management, and mitigation planning and oversight.
CBMA uses Geographic Information Systems (GIS) as an interactive tool along with a combination of internally-designed and commercial applications to warehouse and manage large volumes of environmental data. Field data collection time is expedited and data accuracy is enhanced by using global positioning system (GPS) equipped electronic data-gathering devices.
